Registered Midwife (Agency)

CMR is currently seeking experienced Registered Midwives for 6–12 week agency contracts across a range of regional, rural, and remote locations throughout New South Wales.

These roles are ideal for midwives looking to broaden their clinical experience, take on new challenges, or enjoy a change of scenery. Positions are available in hospital settings, offering full-scope maternity care across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services.

Contract Details

• Location: Regional, rural, remote, and coastal NSW

• Pay Rate: Up to $2,135.54 per week plus penalties, loading, and 12% super

• Bonuses: Some regions offer $124.75 per working day or a $141.15 per day meal allowance

• Contract Length: 6 to 12 weeks

• Accommodation: Shared accommodation provided, with some partner and pet-friendly options available

• Travel: Travel covered from most locations within Australia

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife

• Minimum two years of experience working as a midwife

• Recent birthing experience

• Full working rights in Australia
